9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COSMIC PHOENIX LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at contact@creditdoc.co.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Financial Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cosmic Phoenix LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
